Withdrawals from your phgame2 account are subject to the completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.4. phgame2 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until all required verification steps have been completed to phgame2's satisfaction.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the phgame2 withdrawal page. phgame2 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures for withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations under Republic Act No. 9160, as amended.

phgame2 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your phgame2 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. phgame2 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit, and to close the associated phgame2 account, where phgame2 reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. phgame2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. phgame2 will not be liable to any player for any loss or inconvenience arising from the modification or termination of a promotion.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phgame2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phgame2 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if phgame2 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
phgame2 shall not be liable for any gambling losses incurred by players on the phgame2 platform. You may close your phgame2 account at any time by contacting the phgame2 support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.
phgame2 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory complaints relating to the phgame2 platform may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.
phgame2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion.
